The Bitas Village will be in Alghero.

The General Assembly of Active Tourism is on 23/03/22, and the thematic seminars are scheduled for 24/03/22 at the Conference Centre of the Hotel Catalunya in Via Catalogna, 22 Alghero.

It is possible to attend the events in person and remotely.

The workshops will be held at Lo Quarter, Largo San Francesco, Alghero, bringing together national and international Sellers and Buyers. The meetings are confidential and closed to the public.

The Old Market in Via Mazzini will host the Bitas Market, focusing on territorial excellence. Access to the Bitas Market will be free, thus open to visitors and citizens of Alghero.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRANCE TIMES?

The General Assembly of Active Tourism will take place on 23/03/22 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Conference Centre of Hotel Catalunya in Via Catalogna, 22 Alghero.

The thematic seminars will occur on 24/03/22 at the Conference Centre of Hotel Catalunya in Via Catalogna, 22 Alghero.

The active tourism demand and supply seminar will take place from 10:00 to 13:00.

The seminar Tourism 'data-driven': analysing data to make more effective decisions will take place from 14:00 to 16:00.

The seminar Sardinian Trails and Itineraries will take place from 16:00 to 18:00.

It is mandatory to register online at 'Subscribe to Events' and bring the QR code that will be obtained upon registration.

The Old Market in Via Mazzini will host the Bitas Market and open on 23/03/23 and 24/03/23 from 10:00 to 18:00 . Access is free, and no registration is necessary.

The workshops to bring together Sellers and Buyers will be held on 24/03/22 from 09:00 to 18:00 at Lo Quarter, Largo San Francesco, Alghero. The meetings are reserved for Buyers and Sellers and are therefore closed to the public.

I AM A SELLER; HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

Suppose you have sent your "Expression of interest for participation in the BITAS 2023 event" and have been successfully added to the list of attendees. In that case, you can register your company in the SELLER section of this website by filling in the form to start creating your agenda of appointments with national and international buyers.

If you have created your agenda of appointments with buyers, you can show up at Lo Quarter (Largo San Francesco, Alghero) on 24/03/23 and conduct negotiations at the tables. You will find all the directions to the buyers' stations at the location.

Remember that your participation in the General Assembly of Active Tourism on 24/03/2023 from 09:00 to 18:00 is mandatory, so please register for the event at the SUBSCRIBE TO EVENTS section of the website.

I AM NEITHER BUYER NOR A SELLER. CAN I STILL ATTEND THE EVENT?

Yes, the events open to the public are the General Assembly of Active Tourism and the Seminars, which will take place at the Conference Centre of the Hotel Catalunya in Via Catalogna, 22 Alghero. It is necessary to register online in the "Subscribe to Events" section and bring the access code received upon successful registration, downloadable as a QR code.

The Vecchio Mercato in Via Mazzini will host the Bitas Market. Access to the Bitas Market is free, and no booking will be necessary.

All other events and side activities organised during BITAS will be free.

The workshops - aimed at bringing together national and international sellers and buyers - will be held at Lo Quarter, Largo San Francesco, Alghero. The meetings are confidential and closed to the public.

HOW MUCH DOES THE TICKET COST?

All events and activities organised during BITAS will be free of charge.

To participate in the General Assembly of Active Tourism and its Seminars, it is required to register and book your place in the section of the website REGISTER TO EVENTS.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

We love animals, but dogs are not allowed inside the Hotel Catalunya Conference Centre for logistical reasons.

The presence of dogs is only and exclusively permitted in the spaces of the Old Market where the Bitas Market will be set up.

I AM A SELLER, HOW TO I FIND BUYERS’ STANDS?

On 24/03/2023 at Lo Quarter, Largo San Francesco - the negotiations between buyers and sellers will take place. The screens at the entrance will show directions to the individual buyer locations. Our staff will be on hand to support you.

I AM A VISITOR, WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY PASS?

Once you have registered in the "Sign up for events" section, you will receive the access QR code at the e-mail address you have indicated. Show the QR code to the staff at the premises to gain access to the events.

IF I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH DIGITAL TOOLS, CAN I PRINT MY QR CODE?

Yes, of course.
